These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the OffTapWatch website and any preliminary information provided before a signed customer agreement is in place.

1. About OffTapWatch

OffTapWatch provides AI-assisted risk monitoring tools for licensed hospitality venues. The service is intended to support venue teams by flagging potential risk events for human review.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful business enquiry purposes only. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that may damage OffTapWatch or other users.

3. Bookings and enquiries

Submitting a booking or enquiry form does not guarantee acceptance as a customer. OffTapWatch may decline, prioritise or defer enquiries based on venue fit, technical suitability, rollout capacity and commercial requirements.

4. No replacement for staff judgement

OffTapWatch does not replace venue management, RSA obligations, security procedures, staff judgement or legal compliance responsibilities. AI alerts are decision-support tools. Humans remain responsible for reviewing alerts and deciding what action to take.

5. No legal or compliance advice

Information on this website is general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, licensing, safety or compliance advice. Venues should obtain their own professional advice for their specific obligations.

6. Service availability and performance

Any product descriptions, features, workflows or screenshots on this website are provided for general marketing purposes. Final scope, availability, onboarding, support, hardware and service levels are subject to a separate written agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The OffTapWatch name, branding, website content, product concepts, software, designs and materials are owned by or licensed to OffTapWatch. You must not copy, reproduce or use them without permission except as allowed by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffTapWatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website is the current version.
